Jed C. Truett, Principal |

Mr. Truett has over ten years of professional planning
experience, working primarily as a project manager and
performing code compliance for civil engineering and surveying
projects. In August, 2002, Mr. Truett founded Metro Planning
with the intent to provide a wider array of long-range land use
planning services. Since then, his primary work has consisted
of natural hazard mitigation planning, project coordination for
a variety of GIS projects, and new project development. |

Kevin W. Ward, Planning Manager |
|
Mr. Ward brings commercial
real estate management and project management experience to
Metro Planning. Mr. Ward had previously worked for Hines
Interests (www.hines.com) for fifteen years. Mr. Ward is currently managing the
Jasper, Texas office and coordinating Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program (HMGP) property acquisitions for Metro Planning clients in
the East Texas region. |

Karl R. Mueller, Associate Planner |
|
Mr. Mueller brings legal
expertise and code compliance services to the Metro Planning
staff. His work with Metro Planning includes feasibility review
for short-range planning projects as well as planning work for
existing and future short-range projects. Mr. Mueller's work
includes planning and presentation of client proposals to local
jurisdictions and Hearings Officials. Mr. Mueller also provides
client support for appealing adverse decisions to the Land Use
Board of Appeals. |

Robert D. Stevens, Associate Planner |
|
Mr. Stevens has been with Metro Planning for the past four and a
half years
providing project management for a variety of engineering and
short-range planning projects. Mr. Stevens coordinates and
oversees the work of subconsultants, mainly land surveying
firms, to ensure services are completed satisfactory and
on-time. Prior to his tenure at Metro
Planning, Mr. Stevens developed extensive experience, over three
years, in the GIS field.
His experience in GIS was honed while working for both the States of Montana and South Dakota,
and through an internship with the Senior Planner at the
City of Springfield (Oregon) Development Services Department. |

and supervision of CAD drafting and GIS production. |

Mr. Shibrain brings over ten
years of professional project management, engineering and GIS
experience to Metro Planning. Mr. Shibrain has been involved in
multi-national projects in North Africa and the Middle East
pertaining to a variety of disciplines including utilities,
transportation, and construction. Mr. Shibrain is a proven
problem solver and bridges the cultural gap between technology
and people. |

Christopher B. Schaefer, Geo-Services Coordinator |
|
Mr. Schaefer
brings over 24 years of experience in GIS project management
with local governments in three different states. More recently,
Mr. Schaefer lead the State of Oregon's award winning
Engineering Support Unit in numerous GIS data conversion
projects for locations in the Northwest and California. A common
thread throughout Mr. Schaefer's career has been the design and
implementation of high accuracy mapping projects that establish
the standards for data sharing across political boundaries. Mr.
Schaefer has lectured extensively on GIS implementation at
national and regional conferences. As the Geo-Services
Coordinator, Mr. Schaefer provides GIS project planning,
development, and coordination services. |

|
Mr. Legg has seven years of professional
experience with 3D graphics and computer programming. In
the past he has worked in television, video games, and virtual
reality. Mr. Legg has worked for Oregon Research
Institute, Caritas Interactive, Vtree Inc, and New Millennium
Studios. Mr. Legg provides 3D Animation of development
sites for Metro Planning's clients, primarily through Metro
Planning's business partner 3DPlats. |

Heather Pickett, Maya Artist |
|
Ms. Pickett has done freelance 3d work and
illustration since 2002. She completed an internship with The
Kenwood Group in 2004 - a San Francisco video production house.
Since then she has worked for two years as sales and account
manager for blueRoam - an internet start up company providing
VPN (Virtual Private Network) service - before joining the Metro
Planning team. |

Mr. Sedlak coordinates

Planning team, Mr. Sedlak worked as a marketing consultant for a
minor league hockey team and an Oregon-based manufacturing firm. |
