© METRO PLANNING, INC. 2011 Keith Legg Mr. Legg has over eight years of professional experience with 3D graphics and computer programming.  Mr. Legg has developed Metro Planning's open source GIS web interface utilizing programming languages such as Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, Python as well as open source software such as OpenLayers, Linux, MapServer and GeoEXT.  Mr. Legg also provides 3D Animation of development sites for Metro Planning's clients and manages Metro Planning's servers.
