© METRO PLANNING, INC. 2011 Karl Mueller, J.D. Mr. Mueller brings legal expertise and code compliance services to the Metro Planning staff. His work with Metro Planning includes feasibility review for short-range planning projects as well as planning work for existing and future short-range projects. Mr. Mueller's work includes planning and presentation of client proposals to local jurisdictions and Hearings Officials. Mr. Mueller also provides client support for appealing adverse decisions to the Land Use Board of Appeals. Mr. Mueller holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oregon and is an active member of the Oregon Bar.
