© METRO PLANNING, INC. 2011 Jed Truett, MCRP, AICP  Mr. Truett has over fourteen (14) years of professional planning experience, with an emphasis on project management, compliance with regulations and codes, and hazard mitigation planning, and has authored several multi-jurisdiction hazard mitigation action plans.  Mr. Truett's focus has been on facilitating the usefulness of the hazard mitigation plan, and in this context he has provided services as liaison between clients and State and Federal representatives in an effort to convert plan documents into grant applications and grant funding for hazard mitigation projects. Mr. Truett is well-versed in facilitating individual and group processes.  He has considerable experience presenting to and participating in public forums, meetings and hearings, and is adept at group facilitation, problem solving and efficient conflict resolution.  Mr. Truett holds a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning, and completed 82 of 85 credits towards a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, both at the University of Oregon.
