© METRO PLANNING, INC. 2011 Heather Pickett Ms. Pickett has been a freelance 3D artist and illustrator since 2002 and has over five years of professional 3D animation and graphics experience. She oversees the production of 3D animation for Metro Planning as well as GIS and data conversion services with the Metro Planning team.  Ms. Pickett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation (2005) from the Art Institute of California - San Francisco.
