© METRO PLANNING, INC. 2011 Carrie Robinette Ms. Robinette has over two years experience working for the State of Louisiana on hazard mitigation grant projects and mitigation plan review for a multitude of parishes throughout the state.  In this capacity she acted as liaison with almost 20 parishes as well as several jurisdictions and universities helping them to understand the mitigation process, complete plans and project applications, and complete the appropriate state paperwork.  More importantly, she is seasoned in community education and outreach, and made presentations to demonstrate the importance of mitigation planning for parishes receiving federal mitigation funds. Ms. Robinette holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, both from Louisiana Tech.  Ms. Robinette works out of our Louisiana office in Natchitoches.
